Teacher Workshops
BioQuest has designed a series of workshops for science and mathematics teachers with emphasis on global health and infectious disease research. These workshops provide teachers with in-depth experiences related to these topics and are highly relevant to meeting Washington State 10th Grade mathematics and science standards. Additionally, workshop attendees receive priority scheduling and $300 visit mini-grants for our Site Explorations program. The Amgen Foundation and the Harvest Foundation are joining together to sponsor the 2008 Malaria Training Workshop.
